Introducing Wold Padel: Our New All-Weather Padel Court Is Now Open!
There’s something new to enjoy at Wold Escapes – and this time it’s active, energetic, and perfect for all ages.
We’re excited to announce that Wold Padel is officially open, with our brand-new website now live at woldpadel.co.uk.
What began as an underused barn on our farmstead has been transformed into a fantastic leisure space featuring a double indoor padel court. Sheltered from the elements, the court is fully undercover meaning you can play rain or shine, all year round.
Why Padel?
Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK, loved for being sociable, fast-paced, and easy to pick up. When we realised the potential of our unused barn, padel felt like the perfect fit for Wold Escapes, something fun and accessible for guests of our nine glamping cabins and farmhouse, as well as for our wider community around Driffield, Beverley and the Yorkshire Coast.

To make things even easier, we’ve provided a small number of free-to-borrow rackets and balls, available for anyone with a booking.
Open from Early Morning to Late Evening
Whether you’re an early riser or prefer an evening hit-around, we’ve made sure there’s a time slot to suit everyone.
We’re open 7 days a week from 6am, with the final session ending at 11pm.
