The Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School is at the heart of Wold Escapes. Established in 2012 it has gone from strength to strength and since its launch has won several awards including Food and Travel Reader Awards 'Best Cookery School'.
All our courses run in small groups so that you get a unique experience and all the help you need from our small but dedicated team. The cookery classroom has been finished to a very high standard and each workstation is fully equipped with the best equipment.
Our guest chefs have been chosen as they are the best in their field ensuring you leave with a delicious meal which you can create again and again in your own home.
We offer a range of courses as well as bespoke packages for your own party as well as larger demonstrations.

At the Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School we offer bespoke cookery courses tailormade to your requirements. This is ideal for parties, families or business groups who want to learn new skills and enjoy cooking and eating together. This can be a two hour private course, a full day event or an evening class. Guests can use the two separate dining rooms as break out areas.
There is the option to stay with us in one of our Bed and Breakfast rooms or in one of our glamping cabins, or if you are just visiting for the day all your needs will be catered for.
Within easy distance of Beverley, Hull, York and the M62, The Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School is a unique chance to relax and connect whilst learning new skills.

Our large dining room can seat up to 30 people and 55 people standing. As well as our bespoke cookery courses, our large dining room is available to hire for private lunches and dinners. You can choose from a range of menus to cover your budget and tastes.
This is ideal for parties with friends and family or for business groups. Hen party packages are also available.
