Wold Escapes are Rural accommodation of the year finalists in the Yorkshire Post Rural Awards 2025!

In August we received the exciting news that Wold Escapes had been named as a finalists in the Yorkshire Post Rural Awards 2025 in the “Rural Accommodation of the Year Awards” category.

Now in its ninth year, the Yorkshire Post Rural Awards recognises and celebrates the people, businesses, farms, and organisations that make a real difference to rural life in Yorkshire.

The categories range from Rural Business of the Year, to Dairy Farm of the Year, to Environmental Initiative of the Year.  To read more on the categories visit the awards website.

We’re thrilled to be finalists for “Rural Accommodation of the Year”, especially as this is the first time we have entered.  We are crossing our fingers and toes but we have stiff competition and we are very happy that several of the finalists are also from East Yorkshire!  We are definitely in good company!

The winners to be announced at an awards ceremony on 18th September, so watch this space!
