Enjoy our farm walks around our privately owned farmland. We have three walks for guests to explore all show casing the beautiful countryside Yorkshire has to offer. Please ensure you stick to the paths and please help us keep our walks tidy by taking all rubbish (including dog waste) back with you. Scan the QR codes below to view the maps on google.
Wold Escapes Family Fun Trail

Walk 1 is our shortest walk and only takes about 20 minuets. That is unless you stop for a sunset picnic on our log seating area or stay build a den in the Woods. You can also look out for our owl box and the Wold Escapes bug hotel sitting amongst the wild flowers. You can extend this walk by doing combining it with Battleburn Wildflower Walk.
Battleburn Wild Flower Walk

- Starting from Wold Escapes
Battleburn wild flower walk starts from the end of the Wold Escapes driveway, this walk takes you around the fields and through woodland closest to Wold Escapes. You can expect to see bird and bat boxes, a bug hotel, our willow arch and our wild flower margins which have been planted to increase the biodiversity on the farm.
Chalk Stream Walk
