Street Food with Steph Moon (Half Day Class)
Class details
Forget Brexit, Europe is in the grip of a street food revolution! All across the continent, traders are taking traditional street foods – whether it’s banitsa in Bulgaria, gelato in Italy or churros in Spain – and reinventing them for a new generation.
Street food is ready to eat food, sold in a public place such as a market or fair and of course on the street. This flavourful food is sold for a reasonable price, for immediate consumption and intended to be eaten in a sociable setting. In this class you will make a selection of exciting street food dishes from around the world.
