Steak Masterclass with Rosie South (Half Day Class)

Do you want to be able to cook a first class steak which is perfect every time?

During this half day course, chef Rosie South will guide you through a masterclass in how to cook the perfect steak.

Master class and tasting:

We will discuss the various cuts of beef and learn how to perfectly cook and taste the following steaks:

Tomahawk Steak (demonstration)

Sirloin (demonstration)

Individual Beef Wellington using the fillet (demonstration)

 

Ribeye Steak served with homemade Bernaise Sauce, Straw potatoes, confit tomatoes and onion rings (hands on cooking).

 

All of the steaks you will be cooking will be locally sourced from Yorkshire through our local butcher Rose Cottage Butchers.

 

 

 

Class notices

This is a half day class and after learning all about cooking steak you will get to try all the steaks.
