As nature begins to bloom, revive and reawaken your senses at this blissful day retreat celebrating spring.

This carefully curated day of yoga and mindfulness has your wellbeing at its heart, giving you the time and space to relax and soak up the vibrant energy of the season. This is a time of renewal and transformation as the earth awakens after winter. The session gives you the opportunity to think about new beginnings and to awaken our own possibilities.

Suitable for all levels. Everyone is welcome.

 

About the day…

 

Morning Session – Yoga and meander

Yoga tutor, Jennifer from New Moon Yoga will welcome you with an energising smoothie before taking a gentle walk around the grounds surrounded by nature. If spring is in the air and the sun’s warmth is shining through, we’ll find a quiet spot for yoga and flow together surrounded by birdsong. If the weather is not on our side, we’ll head indoors into a lovely space to practice and enjoy some other mindful activities and moments.

 

Lunch

Enjoy a healthy and delicious Buddha bowl and fruit platter lunch prepared by the Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School outside weather permitting, or in a lovely space indoors

 

Afternoon Session – Meditation and Relaxation

After lunch we’ll finish the day with a gentle yoga flow to rest and recoup, followed by meditation and Savasana your final relaxation session.

Seasonal herbal teas will be served before we say our goodbyes.

 

Our aim is for you to feel uplifted, replenished and revitalised.
