Class details
Mastering basic knife skills is one of the most essential parts of cooking. Acclaimed chef Rosie South will teach you a range of techniques to enhance your skills in the kitchen!
During the class you will learn;
French cuts – chopping vegetables the correct way dicing, mincing, julienne, and chiffonade. With the vegetables Rosie will make a vegetable soup for you to take home.
Vegetable carving – tomato roses & radish flowers
How to fillet a flat fish – With the fish you will make your very own goujons to take home. Rosie’s will be demonstrated for you to have a taster!
Prepare French trimmed lamb
Rosie will demonstrate de boning and rolled and stuffed shoulder of lamb
