Chinese Fakeaway! (Half Day Class)
Class details
Ditch the Friday night takeaway and whip up your own version instead! During this 2 hour session you will create your very own authentic dishes that will beat your local takeaway any day.
You will learn how to create;
- Prawn Toast – The best crispy prawn toast loaded with fresh prawns & coated in sesame seeds and fried to perfection, the most moreish starter.
- Chicken Chow Mein – Everybody’s favourite, soft noodles, crunchy stir fried vegetables and chicken with that seriously good sauce!
- Egg fried rice and classic Chinese curry sauce
Regular tutor and expert chef at the Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School Rosie South will guide you through these dishes which you can take home along with the recipes so you can impress your friends and family with them time and time again.
Class notices
The class starts at 9:45 when you will be welcomed with tea/coffee and a sweet treat and finishes at 12. You will leave with a takeaway for 4 people to eat at home
