The Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School are delighted to host a new class by Jane Tucker, owner Blooming Marvellous Cakes who will be teaching you how to create your very own show stopping cupcake bouquet.

Outline of class:

Bake your own cupcakes and learn how to achieve perfect flat tops ideal for icing.

Demonstration of American buttercream with tips on consistency, colouring and storing.

Learn 4 floral cupcake designs to assemble into a 7 cupcake bouquet.

Learn how to assemble and gift wrap bouquet.

The class also includes a light lunch.
